The Leadership Group customizes the planning process to the client’s needs. The planning process can be comprehensive by bringing input from the various levels of the organization and from outside the organization, or a more focused approach.
The objective is to prepare a plan which is both aggressive and realistic. The strategic plan should be accompanied
by processes that make implementation a reality. The plan should also have flexibility for course corrections as circumstances change.
The Leadership Group process may include any or all of the following:
- Data gathering/organizational learning
- Creation and/or clarification of the organization’s mission, vision and values
- Facilitation of organizational agreement regarding goals, strategies and actions
- Completion of a working document that incorporates these elements and allows for focus and accountability as well as flexibility to accommodate changes in the environment
